Paula's engagement from the first phone call sealed the deal! The basic premise was - 'there is nothing that is too much or too hard and I can do it all'. Now initially, too good to be true means generally is, but at the end of the day - this is exactly who Paula is! From her property knowledge (price that Paula said she could get, she did) to staging our house, to repairs that were needed following a poor rental tenants experience, to communication and keeping us 'in the loop' due to us being remote to our property was nothing short of exemplary! There is only provision to give Paula 5 stars above but I would say change it to 6! The irony of this is that Paula and I have never physically met and did not know each other outside of this experience!!! I cannot rate her highly enough. I intend to maintain contact with her when I wish to return to the property market and would say to any potentially sellers out there - get on board - this is the real estate you want to sell your property!!!
