Paula is absolutely excellent. She was incredibly responsive and easy to work with. She was very knowledgeable about the property and surrounds and demonstrated the highlights of the property to us very quickly. Her personal styling of the property was very tasteful and enabled us to see its potential. She gave us a lot of confidence in our purchase and her positivity and care offered us a great deal of support. When things needed changing or fixing, she adapted quickly and helped as soon as possible. She had quick access to trades who attended to issues promptly which was much appreciated.
