Excellent marketing, with professional execution of all tasks

It has been an absolute pleasure working with Paula Lienert with the sale of my house. I cannot recommend her highly enough. From our first conversation I knew she would do an excellent job for me. Paula was so efficient and helpful, she knew what needed to be done to my house to make it very appealing to the eye, fitting the house out with amazing furniture, even down to recommending new carpets and painting which I was happy to do. Little jobs with low cost but they can make a huge difference to your sale. Paula also had her contractors act promptly with all jobs that needed to be done, so the house could be sold quickly. I didn’t need to do a thing, Paula organised it all, from contractors to solicitors, which was great for me. There was also constant contact from her and feedback which made me very confident with the sale. The selling of my house was one of ease and pleasure and everything flowed smoothly, which I attribute to Paula, a Real Estate Agent who knows her job very well and does it because she has a passion for the industry. I will be highly recommending her to anyone I hear of that needs to sell their home in Brisbane, as I believe she works hard for all parties involved with the sale of the house. Thank you Paula for making the journey of selling my house stress free and for getting me an even better price then I was hoping for. What more could you ask for!!
