Paula had been recommended to us by a close friend. Our house was a deep water frontage and another Agent told us that we needed to Auction and spend thousands of dollars in advertising. Paula never pushed auctions and said that we would just have 2 weeks of advertising and 2 open homes. As we were not keen on tyre kickers just wanting to see our house, this was perfect for us. Paula said to just advertise locally and on the Internet. So it didn't cost us a fortune in advertising as it has in previous sales using different Agents. The person who took the photos did an amazing job and the photos were incredible. She also measured all the rooms so there was a plan of the whole house. All people after the open homes came by appointment and Paula was very accommodating with times. The people who eventually bought our house had 3 visits. As they worked 6 days a week, Paula bought them to see the house on a Sunday. Paula is not like a lot of Agents who just let you wander through a house without telling you anything about the houses. As our Purchasers were from Sydney, Paula furnished them with details of ferry, bus and train as well as all other details about the Central Coast which would be helpful. Paula loves your house and her enthusiasm shows through to people viewing your home. We were downsizing and Paula helped us to buy another property and she listens to what you say. We have bought and sold 13 times and never before has an Agent offered to do this which is remarkable. If you are selling, you obviously need to find something to buy. We consider Paula to be a friend, not just somebody who sold our house.
