We contacted three agents from different companies when preparing to sell our run-down seventy year old property which has been leased for over 50 years, the last tenant living there for about 13 years and unable to care for the property well. Our existing management agent let us down we felt in allowing the property to deteriorate and we were reluctant to let their associated sales company handle the sale.
