Selling our family home of 71 years, was a very emotional process for me, especially since I no longer live in the state of New South Wales. Having an agent who understood my concerns, & at first meeting, put me at ease, was a great relief. Her knowledge & confidence was very encouraging, & comforting. Paulette kept me informed all the way through the process. And on Auction day, things couldn't have gone smoother.
