Pauline kept me up to date along the whole process, was up to date with the changing market conditions, prepared me for the real market price. Looked after my tenant with open houses, viewings etc. Helped me prepare the place for market, organising tradesmen etc. Lovely to deal with, felt like I could ask any questions and get an accurate answer.
