We met Pauline a long time ago and told her would be putting the house on the market in the future, from then she stayed in touch regularly without ever being pushy just to keep us appraised of what was happening in the market. When it was time to start planning the sale her advice was professional and invaluable from a realistic market evaluation that was backed up by relevant data, preparing the house for sale and really top notch marketing (the photos in particular were amazing). During the sale process, a combination of open houses and private viewings, she always kept us appraised of interested parties, price ranges views from attendees and worked tirelessly on following up potential buyers including the final purchaser where Pauline put in a lot of time with them whilst they made their decision. I was recommended to Peard by friends, I was lucky that Pauline worked in the area that I was selling the house. She wss very friendlly, professional and knowledgeable about the area.
