She went above an beyond to help us obtain information that would ease our concerns with purchasing a block and building and gave us a variety of options with providers and suppliers. She really went above the call of duty for us in gathering documents and approaching different parties to get the info we wanted to make the decision. From the very first meeting with Pauline she was courteous, helpful informative and efficient. We had a number of setbacks with the sale of our property abroad during the house purchase, none of which phased Pauline or was considered a problem. She even assisted in finding short term rental properties for us when we needed to move out of our old house and then handled a private rental arrangement in order to facilitate the sale. Even after moving in Pauline was still there with advice and assistance on the area, where to go and which contractors to use for some works we are planning.
