I would like to thank Pauline for being very friendly and helpful over the phone when I spoke to her for the property I purchased in Craigie. During the settlement process I was mainly dealing with Pauline's assistant Kristy. Kristy was absolutely amazing and proactive with keeping me informed. When me and my mum did the final inspection with Kristy we could tell that she was a seasoned professional and a down to earth person. When we got in the car after the inspection the first thing my mum said was "how nice was she". Hopefully Kristy will be sitting in Paulines chair one day if she wants to. I hope Peard real estate realise how lucky they are to have both Kristy and Pauline.
