Pavan was always providing the details needed ahead of time in the purchase process and very professional in the buying process. Pleasure to dela with.

I felt fortunate to get in touch with Pavan through one of my friend for my property sale. I had reached out to him some time last year . Despite interacting with him for first time, he impressed me with his clear positive approach and communication . He took my property details, did an analysis and responded promptly with data points asking me to hold it. As he rightly mentioned, the market picked up towards end of year and he came back with a good deal . He indeed has got a great knowledge /forecast of the market with great network of property developers. When there was some delay with Client transaction due to bank approval, Pavan was very professional assuring the deal is on by frequently communicating to me , negotiating and coordinating. He also help guide and educate me through some of the sale process as i was new to this. Overall , i was extremely happy with Pavan's service. It was all about Trust, assurance and commitment he gave and executed. Thank you
