Over the years we have received many, many calls to see if our house was for sale. The answer was always a definite no. As luck would have it when we were ready to sell it was Pawan Isher from Belle in Rochedale who contacted us. As soon as we engaged Belle Real Estate Pawan became our support salesman. Pawan opened a group Whatsapp account. This became the communication channel between us and Belle’s sales team. The communication via Whatsapp was absolutely brilliant. If we had any questions they would be answered in minutes by Pawan or another member of the sales team. Pawan helped with property presentation advice. Of course, there was some stress as we prepared to have a number of open houses, but we received detailed weekly report how the campaign was progressing. We felt completely in the loop. Pawan has some great ideas for property presentation prior to sale and had sound knowledge of the local market. The open home was well planned, well presented and all access requirements dealt with in advance. I received a report after each open home and I'm sure Pawan has gotten the best price for me. Post sale Pawan has been helpful with advice on buying another property after settlement and continuing to provide assistance with settlement. Great work by Pawan and Belle Property.
