The Christmas break added extra complication. In securing a very solid strategy for the preparation and selling campaign she was extremely supportive. Pearl addressed my concerns at every step in a positive and timely manner so my worries did not linger. I was particularly impressed by her intense level of preparation which meant that I was constantly kept up to date and aware of the next steps and that all the "what ifs" had been thought through and explained to me. All potential purchasers were followed up rigorously so that Pearl was able to assess the level of interest the marketing campaign was having at each stage and make adjustments accordingly. Selling property is something most people do once or twice in a lifetime. Pearl does it every day and has the skills to make it a delightful experience even for the most apprehensive of vendors. I am very pleased with the results and would recommend her without hesitation.
I would recommend Pearl as an agent. She put in a lot of effort, both in the preliminary stage of getting the property ready, and in the sales stage. The recent market slow-down caught us both by surprise, but we hung in there and got a result. Due to the slow down it took longer than expected to sell, but she maintained the engagement throughout.
