Attended many an open house shown by Pearl over a 8 month apartment search. Always found Pearl personable, courteous and polite and she always made a point to individually speak to each group at any open houses. She was down to earth, reliable and straight forward. When discussing prices, she gave estimates close to the mark, unlike other agents I had met. Nothing was too much trouble, even giving up time on her day off to show us through, as that time best suited us. Thanks Pearl for the happy outcome. Brenda
