I tried to sell my property with Penny and her team about 3 years ago, but the property failed the Engineers structural inspection. The property at the time was less than 5 years old. With Penny's determination, she was able to have the property fixed through the Queensland Building and Construction Commission at no expense to me. Penny organized and attended inspections at my property on my behalf, making sure all work was carried out to her satisfaction. Very good at her job full stop

We had our property with another big brand real estate agent for 2 months with little or no feedback was given to us. We had enough so we decided to give Penny Cottee Real Estate ago. Penny gave us a true price for the property which I thought was closer to the real property value. It was sold within 5 days we could not be been happier. It make you feel good when you think a property is worth more when a real estate tells you that. But we found out he hard way they use this so you sign the contract and our house did not sell. Penny doesn’t give smoke and mirrors to list a property she gave us the truth, a real value for our property, great service and local knowledge that what sold or property very very happy. Use them they will leave a smile on your face from the start to the end.
