Old Fashioned Professional Service from Penny - So Hard to Find With Real Estate Agents

We first met Penny during an inspection of our now new home. During that first meeting it was apparent that Penny was different to the many real estate agents my husband & I had been dealing with over many months of open home inspections. Penny was far more authentic, personable, reliable with her correspondence and always called when she said she would. Penny built rapport with us very quickly through her excellent interpersonal skills. We felt Penny fairly represented the seller AND ourselves as the buyer - very refreshing in todays market. This purchase by contract settlement almost seemed as if we'd purchased the property from an old friend. In a market full of quick talking agents that only have their own interests at heart, we wholeheartedly commend Penny to all people who value honest customer service over consumer transaction..!!! We would happily have Penny act as our agent again should we need her services in the future. Thank you Penny - we love our new home...!!
