We have purchased a block of land and sold a house from Penny and we can't speak highly enough about her. Her extensive knowledge of real estate, especially the hinterland makes her one of the top selling agents around. It is always a stressful time buying or selling property but Penny made that roller coaster ride a smooth one. She has integrity, determination, a strong work ethic and pays attention to detail. She communicated with us regularly, she was proactive in chasing leads, following up clients and we felt we were heard and listened to. She was aware of our needs, our motivation to buy/sell and therefore we had a great honest relationship with her. We felt nothing was ever a problem and she was always available early morning or late at night. We can't recommend Penny Neep enough and in the future without a doubt, no questions asked we would seek her professionalism again.
