Penny was wonderful and if I had to I would totally use her again. double thumbs up
Penny was incredibly easy to deal with! She had a huge understanding of the area and local market and knew how to market our home and at what price point. Penny is a great communicator and got our home sold after the 1st home open. We would 💯 go through her again.
Penny's knowledge of the area was second to non and she was most attentive to our needs both in regards to selling our original property and securing our new property.
Penny took care in understanding our specific needs as a purchaser. We only viewed one house which was perfect and met all our requirements. Our decision to purchase was swift and hassle free. Penny's professionalism from the first interaction to the final settlement made this an enjoyable process. Thank you Penny for the stress free purchase. We love our new home.
Thank you Penny For the effort you put in.. for an easily flowing quick sale. Always on hand when needed and your Professional approach was of a Top Agent.
From the start to the end my husband and I have had a very pleasant and “agent” friendly experience with Penny with the sale of our house. Penny listens to our needs to sell and she also chooses her buyers to match their budget and needs to buy our house, therefore she’s very professional in her field ! We would recommend Penny as your agent if you’re looking to sell or buy your house with confidence. From, happy customer!
Our experience with Penny has been nothing but amazing, right from the first phone call to the hand over of the property her service was exceptional. Not only did she follow us up with the progress but helped in areas where generally agents wouldn't . I know who I will be going to next if I have to buy or sell a property , I highly recommend her to any one looking for a real estate agent . Well done Penny !!
Many thanks to Penny who helped us to set all the details in a quite complex case. On top of the very professional aspect, Penny is a lovely person who understand the needs and profile of the customer. Simply great.
Penny was absolutely fantastic in helping us list and sell our home. She understood the market as it was changing rapidly during Covid , and we were successful in receiving the amount she appraised us for our home. Her continuing support even after sale was more than we could have expected.
Penny was extremely welcoming on arrival, her knowledge of the current market was spot on. Penny's rapport throughout the whole process was professional and had a can do attitude.
