Having Penny as the agent was the only way I get could feed back regarding the sale , why this was a problem is because the house was under the direction of the Public Trustee and there was no feed back from them even when the offer was made Penny informed me and I had to ring the Public Trustee to ask for answers . So thank you to Penny and the Century 21 team after going on 10 months we finally sold the house and will close this part of our life and move on .
