We had a great experience buying from Perry. He is a rare agent that you’d love to both sell through and buy from. Authentic and friendly, while also always acting in the best interests of his vendor - buying the property through Perry was a great experience. Perry went above and beyond for our transaction, helping overcome a few challenges. The result was a happy buyer and vendor!
Perry at Raine and Horne provided an excellent approach to selling our house. The presentation was very detailed giving us the confidence to move forward with the sale. Perry was very informative on his weekly meetings and continued to keep us re-assured where our position is in the market. Would definitely recommend the team at Raine and Horne - Gladesville.
We could not recommend Perry more! From the very beginning we had such a wonderful and positive experience which led to a fantastic outcome on our auction day. From our first meeting you could see how passionate and driven he is about real estate and getting the best outcome for his clients. He was easy to communicate with throughout the whole campaign and always kept us up to date about how our property was progressing. If you’re looking for a reliable, trustworthy and dedicated agent for your property, he’s the man for the job!
During the entire purchase process I found Perry to be professional, caring and quick to respond to any questions. Would highly recommend.
Perry provides comprehensive agent services to buyers for their seek of property that meets requirements and expectations. He has been working close with us along the purchasing process and showed great attention to details and extensive patience to get things done. Very happy with Perry and recommend.
Perry recently sold our parents house as part of an estate sale. He kept us fully informed and worked tirelessly liaising with potential buyers to ensure the auction was a success. We got well in excess of the expected sale price. He made a big call to cut the campaign to 3 weeks as the interest was there from the start. It was the best decision as we had a highly competitive auction. We thoroughly recommend Perry, Tim and the team at Raine & Horne Gladesville/Hunters Hill.
My experience with Perry and Jo exceeded my expectation from a real estate agent. They were both available at all times by phone and email. Always returned calls promptly. They were both always willing to assist before, during AND after the process. I would definitely recommend them to anyone selling or buying. Thank you so much for making the experience easier
Perry and Joe worked hard to help us get what we wanted from the sale of our villa. They managed to get 74 groups of people to view the place and handed out 12 contracts. We really appreciated their support, friendliness and honesty. We would be happy to recommend them.
Perry have always been very professional in our dealings and well presented, full of industry knowledge and wisdom. He has the patience to listen and understand our needs and always willing to offer help. Perry have always being very honest and hard working and have always kept up the communications. We deeply appreciate all the time and hard work that Perry and his teams put into this sales strategy/plan.
Perri was lovely to work with. I really appreciated his level heading thinking and honesty. He also had a great list of contacts for home improvements. This was super handy when we needed to quickly prepare our home for sale. I highly recommend Perri to help sell your home.
From the moment Perry came into our lives we knew that we had found an agent that was committed in finding us the right outcome - we had very specific requirements. Perry stayed true to the brief at all times courteous, efficient and professional and always available to answer our questions in a genuine, prompt and heartfelt manner. Thank you Perry and thoroughly appreciate the service that you have provided to us.
Perry was in the right place at the right time to secure my business. He happened to call in just when we decided we were ready to sell but we knew his name as he had sold a friend's house a month or two earlier. From the outset he was professional and enthusiastic. My price expectations rose at our first meeting and despite the obstacles of Covid lockdown he delivered to more than meet those raised expectations a week ahead of our proposed auction. Throughout the process he was courteous and professional and kept us informed about what was happening. I'd have no hesitation in recommending him.
