I felt that Perry was one of the few Real Estate Agents that one can really trust. He did a great marketing job and was always available to respond to my calls even when the sale of the property was completed. For example I requested some Real Estate advice not directly related to him, well after the sale of our property and it wasn't going to give him another chance to sell for us. He still replied and gave me the advice promptly. Most agents would not have worried about returning the call. During the sale, Perry was constantly providing feedback to let us know how it was going. He assisted us to ensure smooth running of the sale, so as to eliminate stress for us, elderly people, without expecting anything in return. For example, we needed the property to have a final clean prior to handover and he was able to help us find a local cleaner to come in and complete the job.
