Perry Theo

Perry was an understanding, patient, and genuinely helpful agent throughout the process of selling our apartment during what was a particularly difficult period in the market. He also went above and beyond to get the apartment ready to present and take to market, which made a real difference. Throughout the campaign, he was approachable, supportive, and willing to work through the various challenges that came up along the way. We’re very thankful for his efforts and for helping us achieve a successful sale. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Perry again in the future and would happily recommend him to others.

Perry and his team were punchial, available and communicated with their expertise from my initial meeting to the Sale of Kogarah unit, I was kept up to date weekly with all developments as their knowledge of the local area and surroundings was excellent, It gives me great pleasure to Highly recommend their Office, I found Perry Theo to be very professional, he made my real estate experience, enjoyable,

Perry has worked with us as the managing agent for 23 years. We always found Perry to be helpful with any situation that may arise. To Perry and all the staff at domain real estate Rockdale it was a pleasure doing business with you kind regards, Paul and Shirley.

Perry has looked after my property since 2015, he's very patient to find good tenant. And also sold my property at a very good price.

Perry knows his market. He did not have a problem to do some quick clean up before open house… Works hard for his $ Professional agent, helped me with my interstate sale, made the whole process nice and smooth-stress free. This is second time I have used domain.nsw real estate and once again did not disappoint me. Price that he achieved was above our expectations… If it comes to Sydney real estate, Perry is the person to call… Thank you Perry!
