My husband and I had been looking to purchase our first home in our local area for approximately 6 months, we had been gazumped by a local agent and were feeling quite deflated. The perfect property then hit the market and knew before we got there that we would probably make an offer at the first open home. We loved the property and put in an offer to Peta!
