We needed to sell a family member's unit and being interstate I needed an agent who would be able to work with us. From the first day I met Peta and her team, in particular Katrina, I was blown away by their ability to make a difficult task easy for us. We needed to have tradesmen to the property which they arranged, keeping us in full knowledge of progress, even photographing the work done. It was tremendous. When we came to selling they handled all the details and negotiations to beyond our expectations (and I have bought and sold properties in UK, NSW and ACT). Most importantly, they cared.
