Peta is a fantastic agent. She worked tirelessly for me during the listing and sale of my property. Peta’s communication is excellent, I found her completely honest and trustworthy, and I always felt like she was acting in the best interests of me, the seller. I could not recommend Peta more highly to anyone looking to sell their home or investment property.

We met Peta whilst attending and open home, for the home we ended up purchasing. Peta was incredible knowledgeable of the home and was able to answer all enquires. Peta took us back to this property every time we asked and was incredibly accommodating. Ultimately, we also choose to use Peta for the sale of our home due to our interactions with her at the property we ended up purchasing. Peta got the ball rolling with the sale of our house immediately after our offer was accepted on the property we brought. We had a number of challenging conditions for the sale and purchase of both properties, in which she was able to navigate with ease and professionalism. Peta also made a suggestion for a solicitor in town, whom turned out to be fantastic and on the ball with everything. Peta worked tirelessly to secure a buyer for us in order to purchase our new home. She had a few suggestions for the presentation of the home which we took on board an enacted, which resulted in positive feedback at home opens. There were some suggestions from prospective buyers about the layout of our home, we ultimate did some small and inexpensive construction at Peta's suggestion and the house sold the 1st open home after the change. Peta definitely knows the market really well, and I would encourage prospective seller's to utilise her and also take on any feedback she does provide after open homes. We are so incredibly impressed and happy with how she has handled the purchase of our new home and sale of our current home. Peta is a top tier agent and if we ever choose to sell again in future, we would definitely use her again.
Peta was really helpful during our purchase. She was very accommodating and very open when it comes to our queries. She’s definitely a superb! Cheers to us Peta!!!

Peta has been in touch with all the information and she has been very helpful and understanding
Peta worked with us to sell our first home. She was always on the ball and offered lots of insight into the property market for us newbies. An absolute asset to have, we couldn’t have done it without her.
Peta was supportive and informative from start to finish. Her professionalism, knowledge and attention to detail were beyond approach. She made the process of selling my property as stress free as is could be. I am very grateful for Peta's guidance and the personalised approach of Raine and Horne in general. I cannot recommend Peta enough as an agent.
Friendly, bubbly and super enthusiastic! Peta impressed from our first meeting, got right onto the job and saw it through to the end. A positive experience - much appreciated.
Peta has been a really great help with finding and purchasing my first house! She’s communicated well and provided all the information that I needed.
Peta was great to work with. Peta's knowledge of the local market was excellent, and more importantly, her ability to read the market and provide us the appropriate advice was what made the difference and enabled the quick sale that we needed for the price we were happy with. Peta was very professional and helpful in dealing with the contractual side of the sale, including working very well with our conveyancer. Peta also provided great support, given we are not local, when needing to get things done at the property such as basic maintenance, etc. Overall it was a delight to work with Peta and we very very happy with the outcome. Thanks Peta.
