Basically, the house was on the market for 5 days and we had 2 offers competing against each other. We had one open house and we were presented with an offer, actually two signed offers. Peter and Tyson came to meet with us after the first open with two signed contracts. Our Auction price was to be between $540 Thousand and $590 thousand. He sat us down and opened the signed contract with a huge smile. I was expecting the price to be round $570Kmax.signed offer came in at $595k. I was in shock, but I believe that Peter worked hard and came true to form.
