Petar was a pleasure to deal with from the start, he was clear with communication and worked extremely hard getting people through my home doing appointments at all sorts of times during the night and day to get the property sold. Come auction day we didn't have a great outcome but he handled the situation very well and told me he could get more so we passed it in, which then sold after for an additional $25,000 more then we anticipated. To our knowledge, Petar is undoubtedly the most professional real estate agent in Wyndham area and Barry Plant the most professional real estate agency around. We have reached this opinion after spending over 6 months researching Tarneit, Wyndham Vale and HC area inspecting about 150 properties (literally!) scrolling over a 1000 properties online and knowing about 50 active real estate agents around by name including a few who try to sell properties as if it was a fish market (unbelievable, but YES!).
