Petar was a pleasure to deal with from the start, he was clear with communication and worked extremely hard getting people through my home doing appointments at all sorts of times during the night and day to get the property sold. Come auction day we didn't have a great outcome but he handled the situation very well and told me he could get more so we passed it in, which then sold after for an additional $25,000 more then we anticipated. To our knowledge, Petar is undoubtedly the most professional real estate agent in Wyndham area and Barry Plant the most professional real estate agency around. Being an investor from Queensland and a lack of time to interview agents, I fell into a trap of another agent who didn't provide me feedback, the process was uneasy and after 90 days my property still wasn't sold and I didn't know why. I saw Petar Krnjeta was active in the area so I gave him a ring for his insight on what he thought of my campaign and he offered to help, not coming across as pushy or arrogant I liked his approach. The process with Petar was two words!!! STRESS FREE.... I cant thank him enough for his efforts and after 28 days on the market we had an awesome auction result and i'm now able to move on.
