I've been looking to purchase a property in Hoppers Crossing for the last 4 months. During this time there were 2 properties that Petar was looking after that I was interested in buying. After bidding at auction for the first property and missing out due to price, I stayed in touch with Petar and whenever new properties came up that suited me he would proactively contact me. A second property came up that I really liked and wanted to buy before the auction. Petar went out of his way to allow me to privately inspect the property on a few different occasions. He was honest with me from the beginning as to the price the vendor wanted to sell before auction. Once I placed the offer in writing there was not stuffing around trying to ask for extra money, it was quickly accepted. Petar knew I was having a baby so time was of the essence for me.
