Petar was great; in a hard market for sellers it took a lot of talking through options with me to get the sale; Petar stayed on top of things and he let me know the important stuff without distraction; his communication and knowledge of the market was sound and he let me know what was going on without any spin; if I want to sell again it will be with Petar
