We had been looking at selling for a while , however multiple agents suggested we sell way below value due to other estates opening up and selling land packages close buy .. i do not feel any of these seriously looked at what we were offering to the market but instead simply compared land size. Pete however from the get go listened to us and gave us his honest opinion and price expectation. As a result we signed up Pete and let him do his work which after all is his specialty not ours.
