We sold and bought again with Pete handling both of the properties. We felt an immediate connection with Pete and felt from the start that he cared about us and would work hard to obtain the best result for us. Pete was more than helpful in the purchase of our new home. We had to sell our house before we could purchase our new home. Which took longer than we expected. But Pete went above and beyond in keeping us updated and trying to get the purchase done. No time was a bad time to call, after hours, weekends etc. Also really easy to deal with and communicate with. He also recommended a conveyancer and removalist who were both top quality.
