My recent purchase was not planned at all and in fact my intention to look for an investment property started 3,4 years back and I didn't really see any house that raised my eyebrows. Pete was very patient and even though I let him know upfront that I really wasn't looking for anything in my first inspection, he was very attentive throughout the entire journey. I really appreciate the follow up and the encouragement from the process. I had 3 inspections in total, one of which took place on the auction day, and Pete has been consistently kind and supportive.
