We engaged Avenue One to sell a house in Maylands. Peter did a terrific job in marketing the property and getting a price We we’re delighted with. We thoroughly recommend Peter to sell their property as he is backed with solid market knowledge and strong sales instinct. We appreciated his straight forward communication and respectful manner, nothing was ever a problem.
We had such a brilliant experience working with Peter. We initially had an appraisal on our home about two years ago by Peter but decided to hold off on selling at the time. Then just a few months ago, we decided it was the right time to sell, and by coincidence Peter happened to call on the Monday morning after we made that decision, to see if he could be of service. It was great timing, and I really appreciated that he reached out to check in on us. From the moment we pressed 'go' on selling, Peter was professional and kind with all his communication, always keeping us informed on the process and where we were at. He is very knowledgeable on the market and guided us on making some great decisions, which led us to sell our home for 46k above asking price. This has been life changing for us and we are so grateful for all his hard work. Selling our home was an emotional one for sure, and Peter made it a very positive experience. He really helped us feel confident in our decision and we are very happy with the outcome. We highly recommend Peter as a Real Estate agent!
Peter was the most gracious and courteous agent during the whole process of securing my property. Anytime I needed assistance with any matter he was always willing to help me. I highly recommend Peters expertise should you require a real estate agent to handle your property.
Peter assisted in selling our property previously in Maylands. Peter was dedicated, professional, and a pleasure to deal with. Peter is someone you can trust to get the job done without any hassles. I was so impressed with Peter's work ethic and dedication to selling our house that I engaged his services again for the sale of a second property. Make sure you give Peter a call, you will not be disappointed. If I sell again Peter will be the first person I call. Thank you for your dedication and hard work, Peter.
Peter was the listing agent I purchased this property through seven years ago. His professionalism, enthusiasm, and strong work ethic were noted, and when the time came to sell he was the clear choice. What more can I say? Peter obtained the excellent result I was certain he would, and as such comes highly recommended.
We had a very short time to sell our property for a set amount as we had an offer pending on another property. While other agents were sceptical Peter made it he happen, on time and for the price we needed. Thank you Peter.
Key to Peter’s approach was him playing with a straight bat, ensuring that the seller and buyers requirements were managed with a high level of professionalism. Key to this was excellent communication, which ensures that we were alway adequately informed. He was always responsive, providing the right information in a timely manner.
From start to finish Peter made the whole procees of my house sale smooth and easy. I knew I was in good hands with Peter from the start when he assured me that he wouldn't be happy until I (as the seller) was happy! Peter is reliable, a great communicator and punctual. He was able to thoroughly answer any questions I had and his attention to detail was amazing. Peter is highly knowledge about the market. He would be the first person I would call if I was to ever buy or sell a property in Perth. Peter is a genuine person who offers his expertise, for the best possible outcome. I couldn't have asked for a better experience with selling my home. Peters communicated effectively with me throughout the whole process and always advised me what he needed from me. Peter will provide you a top quality and stress free experience! He goes above and beyond to ensure the process is made easy for you.
