I'm a local builder and my wife came across this property and fell in love with it ! And me being an older male having feet of clay was a little relucent to move. After we went to the open house and I saw my wifes' face, I knew we were moving lol. Peter and his wife greeted us with a lot of professionlism and worked through everything to make this process an easy transition. Peter always picks up the phone and is quick to get things moving, as he has been a Coolum local for decades and knows everybody.
