Peter helped the reviewer sell this property

Peter Andrew - Agent, nice guy and legend!

Peter was a most responsive agent. He was dealing with a property we had taken to market on a couple of previous occasions for very short campaigns (normally whilst we awaited securing a new tenant). Peter advised me at the beginning of the year that by September this year the market should match what to then had been my lofty expectations. And true to his word, the market did match (and exceed) my hopes. He again executed a short sharp campaign and I was very fortunate to have Peter managing multiple offers, which he did with great skill and to my great satisfaction. I have no hesitation in recommending Peter to an intending vendor - in him you will find an honest and smart agent who is on top of his game and his market.
