Our experience with Peter was amazing, as it's our first home purchase. Peter got onto us having a house inspection within the 24 hours of contacting him and having the documents ready for our offer to be placed. We didn't expect it to be so quick with getting the house. I had put an offer in before auction and needed to chase up the response. I found there was extended family involved. There were few bidders at auction and the reserve had not been met. I felt that it was too high and offered something which Peter suggested may be accepted, which it was. This was 40k higher than my final bid on the day.
He seems to have made contact with very few buyers and no serious ones. The reserve price was over priced, possibly based on a very well marketed property on 27 Morely Road, Seaton.
