I was very disappointed with his fee. My house went on the market on the Friday and sold on the Saturday. He didn't do much for his fee. The conveyancer did more work. Very disappointed

If you are prepared to pay commission for your house to be sold then it pays to listen to the person to whom have entrusted the sale. It was a difficult property at least in our eyes but Peter took it in his stride and came up with a CASH contract. Couldn't be happier!
