It was a tough market to sell a house in. Covid-19 hard restrictions hit just the week before we launched the house on the market. No open houses! No flood of offers! Everything stalled. But Pete gave us all the options and allowed us to make the decisions. He was always friendly, always positive. Above all he was open in his dealings and honest about our chances and prospects. He was very prompt and organised for private inspections - even when we weren't. Marketing was very good. The additional money for high quality photos was worth it. As Pete gets more experience he will be a very good real estate agent.
