Peter was very easy to get along with and sold the house quickly, achieving the price I had wanted. I did not want home opens and Peter kindly did private viewings. He was always polite, knowledgeable and very well presented. His commission rates were very reasonable and far lower than other agents that I spoke with, which was important to me. I felt that Peter went above and beyond with assisting with the sale, as opposed to feeling like my house was just a statistic in a large franchise.
