I regard Peter to have both a professional and friendly manner. He goes out of his way to please both vendor and purchaser. His warm friendly attitude is a real change in the profession, when most real estate agents will give you the run around feed you baloney (and I hate baloney) and generally make you feel that you are inferior unless there is a $ in there for them.
