The agent you choose is the most important part of Selling, they are your face as the seller to the buyer. As someone who is a national manager of a customer focused organisation, customer service to me is paramount. From the initial call made, Peter was exceptional in his conduct, follow up, and was in regular contact with us, all throughout the process. As a seller its important not to feel pressured just to sell, and Peter was very open and honest in his dealings with us about the result we wanted to achieve, I would say that Peter treats each property as if it were his own, and that is what great service is all about. I felt a little disappointed after the Auction as the house didn't sell, we did not get one bid from the public and we had quite a few attend on the day. I felt that the agency didn't bring clients to the house other than when we had an open house.
