From the very first meeting Peters passion and knowledge for real estate was evident. His commitment to getting the sale at the best price for us was second to none. Peter Burley is one of the most open and honest agents I've had the pleasure of dealing with. As a buyer who looked at many, many different houses before picking this one, I developed a good sense of when agents were being a little too slick or flexible with the truth. With Peter, there was none of that. It really did feel like he was trying to do right by both sides and make a deal where everyone could walk away happy. For someone who must be super busy, Peter was always responsive on emails and always happy to take my calls (even after hours!) and answer any question I had, no matter how small or dumb-sounding.
