Our interaction with Peter was as a purchaser. He was most responsive and professional in our interaction. He handled the negotiations most professionally and whilst clearly being there to represent the vendors' interests, he was clear and constructive in his role to ensure that a potential buyer was fully informed and could put their best offer forward. There was no game playing. I am convinced he did the best he could for the vendors. Subsequent to having completed the sale he was most helpful to assist us in being able to have access to the vendors to assist us to become familiar with some of the aspects of the property before we settle and move in. This was most appreciated. It was also obvious that he had a very good relationship with the vendors and that they appreciated him.
