Peter and the team are absolutely incredible to work with . Despite how stressed I was during the whole process , Peter always assured me that things are good and to trust the process. Very reliable, incredibly helpful and honest . Very professional , great communication through the whole selling time. I felt that I’m definitely in good hands with the team and they have answered all my questions and concerns. I could not recommend them enough, and if I will ever need to sell property again I will definitely call Peter !

This is the second time we have sold a property through Pete. We appreciate his candid advice, honesty, excellent knowledge of the market and the sales process and buyer mindset. He treats all potential buyers with respect which we really value. He was realistic with pricing guidelines in a tougher market and helped to steer us through to a good result.

We honestly cannot speak highly enough of Nick, Peter, Lucas and the team at Belle Property Dee Why. Their professionalism and knowledge of the increasingly unpredictable market were fantastic!! The communication that this team provided us throughout the whole campaign was outstanding! Nick and his team did an outstanding job (even through all this rain) and we achieved a great result!

Peter was there for one of the open for inspection and he was very helpful. Howie Hill helped with the purchase of the property, when Peter was on leave, and he was also very helpful in explaining the process.

Pete and Nick were brilliant every step of the way. Very thorough in their dealings with potential buyers going above and beyond in spending time with problems and thinking outside the square. Thanks to the whole team at Belle property it was a pleasure.

Peter was very honest and open the whole campaign. He gave my partner and I space when we needed it and acted quickly when required. No tricks, very pleasant experience

Lucas was really helpful. As an overseas buyer he helped make the process easy all the way. Huge thanks .

On all counts Belle have been thoroughly professional, prompt, helpful, flexible and made me feel at ease. In particular Peter Capindale has been incredible - going out of his way so I could view the property as much as needed and organise surveys/valuations etc. He also kept me informed of any movements and has just been an all round legend. I felt like I could trust that he was doing the right thing for all parties.

5 stars Peter was patient with us not understanding real estate he went out of his way to make explain the plan. All the Belle team were lovely.

Peter and his team were a pleasure to work with. Very reliable and helpful. They really put themselves out there to help in any way they could. They really made this process as stress free and easy given the circumstances. Would highly recommend! Thankyou peter and team 😊

Thanks so much to Peter Capindale, Lucas Bennett, Nick Duchatel and the entire team at Belle Dee Why for selling my home. The experience of selling is daunting and stressful and particularly as I am a single woman. the guys were always professional with open and honest dialogue and their down to earth approach was refreshing. I sold for a price above my expectations and I can now move on to the next chapter of my life! i highly recommend Peter, Nick and Lucas to sell your home without hesitation!

Buying a property is such a huge decision and I have to say Peter made the process so easy! We are so lucky we found our dream home
