Peter exceeded our expectations with a Sales result above the current market, I think he possibly even exceeded his own expectations ! We have known Peter for say 15 years and his understanding of the market is second to none. Peter is a straight talking, no nonsense clear communicator who is the walking, talking definition of the absolute Professional. I would have no hesitation in recommending Peter to others considering to sell their home or investment property

Peter, Ty and Bridget were professional and responsive in their service. We had engaged a seller's agent and they seamlessly integrated her into the process. They kept us up to date with weekly reports and insightful advice that resulted in an excellent outcome. This all happened as we went into lockdown so it was excellent service in a very uncertain time. Great work Team.

I would highly recommend Peter and Ty as motivated, knowledgeable and professional agents. They were great to work with and were instrumental in helping achieve a great price for our property in Naremburn . The whole campaign was stress free and we always knew they had the owners best interests from the start. They kept us informed throughout and were instrumental in achieving the record price in Naremburn for a house without off street parking I have worked with many agents and have no hesitation in recommending them and do look forward to working with them again in the future

Sold our one bedroom apartment in Crows Nest with Peter and his team in the middle of a COVID lockdown. We made use of their off-market contacts to gauge the value of the property before going to market. The final result was right in the middle of the estimated range and the sale met our desired timeline. Thanks for everything.

I just want to thank Peter for selling my house. His knowledge of the market was impressive. His overt honesty and professional integrity will always be remembered. I was able to contact Peter at anytime, in addition he provided me with the essential requirements for the transfer of the house. I highly recommend using Peter when buying or selling a house. Thanks once again, warmly Sandy

Peter Chauncy is the best in the business, no doubt about it. But what makes him even better is his team. They make the whole experience of selling a house easy! From helping to get the house ready for market, to making it look amazing and then finally selling it. It is a very professional team making the process very stress free! Thanks again Team Chauncy.

Peter was recommended to us by another agent (while inspecting another property). We were told that Peter was absolutely the best being an expert for the Crows Nest area. We could not agree more with this. Peter is highly professional, collegial, has great communication skills and extensive market knowledge in the area. He has several years of experience that give him a very reassuring confidence. He professionally guided us through the whole process of selling our property and was always there for clarifying or explaining steps in what for us was an unknown field/experience. What impressed us the most, was the collegial way dealing with the agent that was previously involved in the management of our property. He has a trustworthy and genuine way to handle not only professional matters but also personal aspects involved in the process. We could not be happier with the outcome and would not hesitate to appoint him again!

Our experience was extremely positive. Long story short, we needed a quick sale, for a good price. I gave Peter what I thought was a good number, and within 3 days of showing people through we had an offer above our minimum number. I said it to Peter, I'm extremely happy with, and impressed with what he achieved.

Peter, Hamish and Bridget did an outstanding job of selling our home off market within an unbelievable 72 hour period. From initial discussions, Peter listened to what we were looking to achieve by selling (more than a dollar figure) and found a solution that we had not thought of. Once we agreed to sell, his team exceeded all expectations in terms of service, professionalism and simplicity. We both have high standards and were astounded that these standards were met and exceeded. I would have zero hesitation in recommended Peter to find a solution for anyone in the future. We would definitely use him and his team again.

Peter sold our family home off market in under two weeks and completely exceeded our expectations on all fronts. Not once did we ever feel rushed nor pressured to make any brash decision. Peters ability to make you feel comfortable with the biggest financial decision you will ever make in your life is a testament to his character. We couldn't recommend Peter more highly.

Peter and his team were professional throughout, it was clear he had done his research on how best to market our property from the moment we met to discuss selling. The whole process was made very easy for us. He put in the effort and achieved a fantastic outcome.

Dealing with Peter was a pleasure from start to finish. He is highly responsive, gets to know you as a client and what your needs and wants are and delivers on those needs and wants. He manages expectations whilst providing great guidance on the market and then works as hard as he can to knock it out the park. I would highly recommend Peter as a seller and a buyer. I bought and sold my place through him and both experiences were transparent, seamless and produced excellent results.
