The final negotiation involved 3 competitive written offers with the buyer being both top price and unconditional in contractual terms. The property settled within around 40 days from day one go-to-market - to new owners. Of course there were a couple of hiccups - there almost always is in property selling / purchasing... through the entire process I was so trusting (rightly) and pleased to be in the professional RE care of Peter Chew.
