Peter was very professional at explaining the sale process, having an appraisal done, then getting our house on the market quickly. Peter knows the market quite well and we felt comfortable leaving the process with him. We are very appreciative of him going that extra mile to get things done, responding to our numerous emails and text messages. He was always calm and very patient with us all. Peter is so easy to work with plus he has a great sense of humour.
