From the beginning Peter showed that he is all about his clients, looking after their needs! He answers the phone promptly, calls you back as promised and negotiates with both buyer and seller to meet both parties needs. Peter went above and beyond to communicate with us and to explain to us in detail and in terms we could understand as we are first home buyers and really didnt understand many of the terms used and how to go about certain things such as the next step with the banks and conveyancer. He also communicated with the conveyancer saving me lots of time in trying to track them down and re send them documents. If you need assistance with buying and selling you wont go wrong with Peter!

Peter was very helpful and provided an honest appraisal from the start and did not over evaluate or give me false hopes. I had no issues with Peter as he is very conscientious and supportive. However, I just felt that at the Auction, he should have been the one doing it and not one of his colleagues as the colleague made a real mess of the Auction which didn't result in a sale. That was not just my opinion but that of my neighbours and friends who had come to support me. Overall, I would recommend Peter to anyone who wants an honest appraisal and sale of their house.
