For Peter Conaghan, real estate brings together many of the things that have shaped his career — sales, business development, marketing, negotiation and, most importantly, people.
Having spent much of his working life in sales and business development roles, Peter developed a strong understanding of what makes successful relationships work: listen carefully, communicate clearly, understand what people are trying to achieve and then work hard to deliver the result.
Combined with a background in business, marketing and entrepreneurship, along with his own experience in property investment and renovation, moving into real estate was a natural progression.
Today, as Principal and Founder of Local Properties Australia, Peter brings that experience to every property he represents. He is energetic, strategic and results-driven, with a strong focus on presentation, marketing and negotiation — but never at the expense of the personal side of real estate.
Peter understands that selling a home can be one of life's biggest decisions. His goal is to achieve an outstanding result while making the journey as smooth, hassle-free and stress-free as possible for his clients.
He is equally passionate about building strong relationships with buyers, often saying, “Without a buyer, there is no sale.” Peter believes treating both sellers and buyers with honesty, respect and genuine care creates stronger relationships, a better experience and ultimately better outcomes.
Working alongside Liza, Peter has built Team Conaghan around these values, combining their strengths to provide clients with personal service and support from the first conversation right through to settlement.
