Deeply Disappointing

Coming from a family of small business owners I was delighted to buy my first apartment through a local, family run real estate, however the experience was so far from the warmth and care that I associate with family businesses. It is genuinely sad to see people who lack the business skills, negotiation skills, social awareness, and compassion to be able to resolve a minor conflict without defaulting to aggression and bullying tactics. Bonnie and Peter were unpleasant and hostile in my exchanges with them. I wish D'Arcy real estate well as a business and I don't like to write a negative review. I have no ill will against the agency, but I would like to hold them accountable publicly so that nobody else has the awful and unsettling experience I had during the otherwise very exciting chapter of buying my first home. Pat however, was an absolute delight to deal with. Bonnie and Peter, I'm so sorry for whatever has caused you to become so angry. While it does temporarily hurt other people, I suspect that anger hurts you the most intensely and pervasively. I truly wish you both well and that life is kinder to you in the future.
